We knew that Luna Maree had a red bag foaling so we had to make sure that we were there for the foaling of Aspire. Everything went really smoothly with the foaling occurring in the stable for a change.

Right from the beginning it was evident what a leggie foal we had. This guy is a big foal.

Aspire was weaned 3 weeks out from the Easter Show in Auckland. He traveled really well, and was calm and accepting of all the new surroundings. We were very impressed by his attitude.

He showed he was going to be very sensible and trainable.
